They are reliable, reasonably priced, and work within the set budget and timeframe constraints. We work with several builders so we are able to provide you with competitive quotes.

Additionally, we liase with any third parties relevant to the project, such as the architect, party wall surveyor, structural engineer, building controller and myriad contractors it may be necessary to work with.

We ensure complete transparency in our quotes, and will happily explain and breakdown our quote, if requested.

At the end of the job we run up a snagging list to rectify anything that does not meet our high standards. We send in cleaners, gardeners and window cleaners, until, with the turn of a key, the finished product is delivered back into your hands.
