Even when they have been immaculately refurbished, properties that have
been newly developed can feel cold and uninviting.
We work alongside many property developers providing interior design solutions.
We selectively dress these properties to create a warm and inviting impression,
and a sense of individuality.
‘The Final Touch’ also stages show flats. We source and supply
furniture and decorative accessories from a variety of outlets in order
to ensure that the project is cost effective and completed swiftly.

We look forward to continuing our work with you in this increasingly competitive
market.
Case Study:
Client Ref: JGE107
The Situation
A property developer had to sell three identically refurbished
flats within the one house. Shown empty, they looked bland, uninviting
and lacked any personality. All three had been on the market for three
months, with little interest shown.
The Work
The first step was to close the door on two of the flats. We
then dressed and furnished the remaining flat. Once this sold, we moved
the furnishings to the next flat until it sold, and then on to the final
flat.
The Result
The first flat went under offer in the first week. In less than
three weeks all three flats were sold. The total bill from ‘The
Final Touch’ came to £3,500, which was money well spent. Each
flat was on the market for £245,000, and all three achieved their
asking price.
